What to expect
- Response time: within one business day. Messages sent over a weekend or a US public holiday are answered the next business day.
- Hours: we read messages Monday to Friday. We are not a 24-hour service and we do not operate a phone line.
- Who replies: the person who writes and maintains the guides on this site, not an outsourced support desk.

Things we answer well
- Legal status questions. Whether kratom is currently restricted in your state or city, and where to read the underlying rule for yourself. Start with our state-by-state legal status guide.
- Product and format questions. The practical differences between shots, stick packs, blends and larger formats, and which suits a particular use case. Our product comparisons cover most of this already.
- Corrections. If something on this site is out of date or wrong, tell us. Kratom law changes at state and county level frequently, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong. Corrections go to the front of the queue.
- Press, research and partnership enquiries.
Things we cannot help with
- Medical advice, including dosage. We are not clinicians and we will not tell you how much to take or whether kratom is safe alongside your medication. That is a conversation for a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
- Order status, shipping and refunds. We do not sell or ship anything. If you have bought a product through a link on this site, your order is with the retailer and their support team can see it — we cannot.
- Anything involving under-21s. Nothing on this site is intended for anyone under 21.
Where your order actually lives
This is the single most common reason people write to us, so it is worth being direct about it.
Kratom Online USA does not operate a store. We research products, compare them, and link out to the retailer that sells them. When you click through and buy, the transaction, the payment, the shipping and the returns are all handled by that retailer. Your confirmation email comes from them, and their support team is the only party who can look up your order.
If you cannot find the retailer’s contact details, write to us anyway and we will point you to the right place.

It also means you should know our incentives when you read a recommendation — which is why every outbound link is marked as sponsored, and why our About page sets out how products are actually chosen.
Commission never determines what we recommend. If a product is worse, we say so, and we have left products off this site entirely.
